Abernethy came to us in early 2010 with the goal of changing the way their customers viewed them online and interacted with their brand. Their brand did not tell the story of who they were and their collateral did not support the overall strategy of the brand. We were tasked with major redesigns to their logo, website, and marketing collateral. This is in part, the work produced.
Brand Story
After extensive research on the target market and competitive analysis, this is the story that emerged:
“There are places that offer a wedding location and there are places that offer a wedding experience. Abernethy is the latter. When it comes to offering the expertise and production ability it takes to make an experience, Abernethy is at the top of its game. Wedding logistics are a science. Service is flawless. As a result, you’re free to make the magic that truly separates Abernethy from the competition: The little, unexpected details that make all the difference”
The story is anchored with the idea of: “You’ve Waited Your Whole Life for This.”
Website
The website was created so that the target market could not only interact with the Abernethy Events brand but be able to find the most critical information in the shortest amount of time possible. The logo, brand colors, and brand story were implemented within the design of the website. Custom photography was used to round out the design collateral.
